RESEARCH BASED
Our approach to excellence is grounded in science and mindful wisdom. Specifically we use cognitive science, the umbrella term for the study of how our brains work and how we then behave. We look at how we think to improve how we do.
Additionally, we enjoy spiritual wisdom and mindfulness practices that enrich our lives beyond the empirical. There is a rich play and intelligence available in the Kabbalah, tarot, astrology, numerology, and other esoteric practices. They offer us ways of thinking, talking, and exploring ourselves and have their place in our inspiration.

Above all, we deploy the power of community to lift us up. Whether it be a small group that gets together to push each other daily in fitness routines or a book club that seeks out the best practices in our finances or perhaps romance.
We want to know what our best lives look like. We inspire each other together, many times by simply understanding the journey and being present with each other. And above all, making space for growth that includes grace for mistakes and faith in success.
