What does it look like to change my thinking and living?
HOW: BEHAVIOR SCIENCE AND MINDFULNESS
We consciously seek out the best in ourselves, each other, and the world by humbly listening to the wisdom around us. Combining the best of Cognitive Science with mindfulness practices, we can change ourselves and the world for the better. No problem is out of our reach.
Our brain creates “normalcy” constantly. Hungering for routine, it creates patterns it can make sense of, making and remaking “the status quo.” Even after trauma, we immediately seek out a new normal, smoothing over the change that just happened. Tradition is a brain illusion.
The key to changing our world and ourselves is changing our way of thinking.
Together we can inspire each other to live out what great ideas look like in our lives. We can be healthier, happier, more at peace, and make the dreams we are called to a reality.
We don’t need to join a cult, nor can we be judged or shamed into growth.
We CAN humbly and playfully influence each other.
Living our best lives!
What does a new world, a new me look like?
